Welcome to Ocean Wanderer Travel, LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
Ocean Wanderer Travel, LLC specializes in cruise travel planning and vacation curation. We partner with major cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages, and Disney Cruises to deliver personalized travel experiences. Our services include, but are not limited to, itinerary planning, booking, and travel support.

2. Fees and Payments
Ocean Wanderer Travel, LLC charges a service fee for travel planning and consulting services. The fee will be communicated to you before services commence.

Note: All fees are non-refundable regardless of changes or cancellations made by the client.

Additional costs, such as booking fees from cruise lines or third-party providers, are the responsibility of the client and will be outlined separately.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once services are rendered or a booking is made, the service fee is non-refundable. Any cancellations must comply with the specific terms set by the cruise line or third-party provider and are subject to their cancellation policies. Ocean Wanderer Travel, LLC will assist you in understanding and navigating these policies, but we are not liable for refunds from cruise operators.

Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or disruptions.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information when making travel arrangements. This includes ensuring that all travelers have valid identification (e.g., passports, visas) and are compliant with the requirements of the destination countries.

Ocean Wanderer Travel, LLC is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, including but not limited to denied boarding, delays, or fines.

5. Changes to Travel Plans
Any changes to travel plans requested by the client after booking may incur fees from the cruise line or third-party providers. Ocean Wanderer Travel, LLC does not charge any additional fees for changes initiated by the client. We will assist in making the changes, but the client will be responsible for any fees charged by the vendor.

6. Termination of Services
Termination of services by the client must be submitted in writing. Ocean Wanderer Travel, LLC reserves the right to terminate services in cases where client actions or communications are deemed abusive, unreasonable, or in violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
Ocean Wanderer Travel, LLC acts as an intermediary between clients and cruise lines or other third-party providers. We cannot be held liable for any acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, damages, or delays caused by these entities. Additionally, we are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained while traveling.

Travel involves risks, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are adequately covered by travel insurance.

8. Force Majeure
Ocean Wanderer Travel, LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions in service caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information is used solely for the purpose of planning and facilitating your travel and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required to fulfill your travel bookings.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising out of or related to these terms shall be filed in the appropriate courts in California.
